It's a quick five minute walk from the train station. From Fukuyama train station take the north exit, the Fukuyama Castle side.  Go straight, walking between the castle on your left and the Castle Inn on your right for four short blocks.  On the corner of the fourth street there is a large white sign with a red rose at the top. Turn right here. Once you turn, there will be an outdoor swimming pool on your left.  Continue straight past the traffic signal and you'll see the center on your left. There is a large parking lot in front of the six story building.

The room is located on the fourth floor and is on the left as you exit the elevator.  If you have problems, ask for the "Fukuyama Friends Room" at the reception desk. The center is very easy to get to and most people know where it is.
